None the less a good home inspector will look inside and out for tell tale signs of cracks and settlement issues.

Roofing .. is the first thing an inspector thinks about when it comes to evaluating possible damage to property.Water is the most damaging element to any home,so it is the responsibility of any good inspector to try and determine whether or not there has, or in good likely hood will be, any moisture intrusion.
